Rohit Bhura, aged 44 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds B.Com. (Hons.) degree from University of Calcutta. He is having more than 16 years in the field of distribution and marketing of fabrics and accounting. He has been associated with our Company since December 14, 2024.
